8. Cookie inventory and testing

Keltron Health Ltd may review the site periodically to confirm that cookies match the purposes described in this policy. A review can include checking the cookie name, host, duration, access setting and whether it is created before or after consent. Technical names may change when hosting or security arrangements are updated. A changed name does not by itself change the purpose, but the notice will be updated where the user choice is affected.

Testing may be carried out using a clean browser session and different consent selections. The results are used to correct configuration issues and to reduce unnecessary storage. Records of material reviews may be kept for governance purposes without creating a behavioural profile of visitors.

13. International services and complaints

Some hosting, security or measurement suppliers may process limited cookie-related information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, the relevant supplier is expected to use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate contractual safeguards. Optional measurement remains subject to the visitor’s choice. A visitor can ask for general information about the relevant service category by contacting [email protected].

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five working days and provide a substantive response within 20 working days when technical checking is required. Necessary cookies may include a session identifier such as keltron_session, which expires when the browser closes and is used only to support page behaviour. The consent record may be stored as keltron_cookie_choice for up to 180 days so the banner does not repeatedly interrupt the same browser.

a) Session cookies support temporary navigation and are not intended to identify you by name.
b) Preference cookies remember choices such as whether optional measurement is enabled.
c) Analytics cookies, if selected, may use a pseudonymous identifier for up to 13 months.

9. Third-party services

Embedded resources, hosting, security services or measurement providers may set or read cookies only where their function requires it and where the relevant consent rules permit. Provider names and settings can change as the site is maintained, so the current banner and this policy should be read together. Keltron does not use cookies to sell personal information or to make individual health inferences.

Where a third party processes information, its own privacy documentation may also apply. You can restrict third-party cookies through browser controls, although embedded content may then display differently.

10. Browser controls and consent records

Most browsers let you view, remove or block cookies by site. Removing the consent cookie may cause the banner to appear again because the site can no longer remember your choice. A browser setting cannot always withdraw consent already recorded, so use the site banner where available and then clear stored data if desired.

We retain a limited record of the consent state for up to 180 days. This record is used to respect the selected preference and is not treated as a newsletter subscription.
