11. Acceptable use

You must not use keltron.info in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts unauthorised access, introduces malicious code or misrepresents Keltron’s identity. Automated collection should be limited to lawful, reasonable access that does not place an avoidable burden on the site.

• a) Do not submit another person’s information without a proper basis.
• b) Do not use copied material in a way that suggests endorsement.
• c) Do not bypass access controls or probe private infrastructure.

12. Corrections, complaints and response times

We aim to acknowledge a complaint within five working days and provide a substantive response within 20 working days where the issue requires review. Please identify the page, the concern and the outcome you are seeking.

We may request reasonable information to verify a report and may keep a record of the correspondence for up to 24 months after closure. This process does not prevent a person from using an available statutory complaint or dispute route.

13. Liability and severability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for statutory rights that apply to a consumer. Subject to that position, Keltron Health Ltd is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general editorial material where the law permits that limitation. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate to the extent permitted.

These terms do not create a partnership, agency, employment relationship or professional-client relationship between a reader and Keltron Health Ltd. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not amount to a permanent waiver of that provision.

These terms should be read with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how information is handled when someone contacts Keltron or uses optional site features. A person should submit only information relevant to the purpose of the form and should avoid including sensitive personal details in an ordinary message. Messages are reviewed for the stated editorial or contact purpose. Retention periods and rights requests are described in the Privacy Policy.

Where a third-party service is used to host, deliver or secure a communication, its role remains limited to the service it provides.
